You want to give a freshness to our walls by painting or repainting them. Note that the painting of a room must be redone approximately every 7 years. So here are our tips in steps to paint in the rules of the art and make an interior like new once the walls prepared.

Clear the angles

We always start by clearing the angles to paint a wall: with a round brush, we apply the paint from the top to the bottom, then from the bottom to the top, in the corner of the wall overflowing on both sides (if the same color is applied only). This color line thus created then serves as a guide for applying the paint with a roller.

Apply paint with a roller

No need to save paint: it is better to load the roller with paint and then properly stretch it on the wall. Apply the paint to create two vertical and parallel strips, and then stretch it horizontally between the two strips. The important thing is to apply the paint on the wall with crossed movements.

Painting machines

Very practical, the paint machines offer a complete system for painting without dripping or excess paint. The system consists of a reservoir accommodating a 5-liter paint cartridge, an anti-drip roller and a brush automatically fed by the right dose of paint, a telescopic handle that allows you to reach the ceiling. The machine is self-cleaning, so it's a good investment to paint without soiling.

How to paint a wall?

Two factors will determine the meaning of the painting: yourself and the light! * If you are right-handed, you will attack your wall from right to left, and if you are left-handed, you will do the opposite, and start with the left side. * All your actions must leave the painted wall behind you: for example, the paint tray will always be placed behind you, at the level of the part of the wall you have just painted, at the risk, if you put it in front, set foot in it while continuing your progress. * For the ceiling, you must start painting on the window side in the opposite direction, and this in the direction of the light, you cross as for the walls and you make a second pass from the window to the opposite wall.
